Brand Guidelines

The W Eiendomsmegling brand should feel calm, refined and understated, with a neutral color palette, generous spacing and elegant typography. The logo, colors and typography should always be used with restraint to create trustworthy visual expression.

Logo

  • The logo should be used with restraint — never oversized or visually dominant.
  • Keep generous clear space around the logo to preserve a calm and premium expression.
  • Use positive logo versions on light backgrounds.
  • Use reversed logo versions on dark backgrounds.
  • Always ensure strong contrast between the logo and background.
  • Avoid placing the logo over busy imagery or low-contrast surfaces.
  • Never stretch, distort, rotate, recolor or alter the logo.
  • Do not change the proportions, spacing or relationship between the symbol and wordmark.
  • Use the symbol alone only in small spaces or where the brand context is already clear.

Typography

  • Typography should feel clean, calm and refined.
  • Use a clear and minimal type hierarchy across all layouts.
  • Headlines should be elegant and understated — avoid making them too large or visually loud.
  • Body text should always be easy to read, with generous line height and good spacing.
  • Use uppercase sparingly, mainly for small labels, navigation items or subtle details.
  • Use bold text very sparingly, and only to highlight information that is truly important.
  • Keep text aligned cleanly and consistently, preferably left-aligned for longer text.
  • Do not overuse letter spacing, as this can reduce readability.
  • Always ensure strong contrast between text and background.
  • Let spacing, layout and imagery create the premium feeling — not oversized typography.

Brand Colors

  • Use the neutral palette as the foundation of the visual identity — clean, calm and understated.
  • White, Light and Warm White should be used as the main background colors across layouts and sections.
  • Stone can be used for softer background areas, cards, highlights or to create warmth and depth.
  • Deep can be used for dark backgrounds, softer contrast areas and selected brand surfaces.
  • Black should be used as the primary dark color for text, logo usage, navigation and important interface elements.
  • Use Black for buttons and key actions when strong contrast is needed.
  • Avoid using too many similar light tones next to each other without enough contrast.
  • Always ensure good contrast between text and background for readability.
